SRC Response to COVID-19

March 18, 2020

Update: March 27, 2020

To our clients, vendors and stakeholders:

The situation with the COVID-19 virus and the Global, Canadian and Provincial response to it is still very fluid and continues to change daily. At the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC), our top priority is the safety of our employees and our community. Our Executive Team meets daily and is implementing extensive measures to ensure a safe working environment and is following the direction of Public Health Saskatchewan, at a minimum.

To our clients: in our role as a Saskatchewan provider of essential services, our objective is to continue to support you and your business needs as normally as possible. We are working hard to maintain business continuity to deliver the same high-quality services with minimal interruptions. We are continuing to update our safe-working procedures for those employees who are at SRC facilities and in the field; in some cases, implementing shift work schedules to reduce human density in the workplace.

During this transition, you may experience a longer turnaround time and rush analysis may not be available.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate these unprecedented times. Please contact us if we can provide support or additional services or assistance to your business. We will continue posting general updates on this webpage in the coming weeks.

Keep well and stay safe,

Mike Crabtree
President and CEO, SRC
