Ryan N

Ryan is the Engagement Manager, Nuclear at SRC. Engaging with the public, Indigenous rights holders, industry, and other stakeholders will be critical to the successful implementation of microreactors in Saskatchewan. Ryan has many years of professional experience in public engagement, communications, management, strategic planning and research.

Randy F

Randy is a Principal Research Engineer at SRC. He is responsible for conducting laboratory investigations, process development activities including techno-economic assessments, process flow sheet development for innovative technologies, plant/process feasibility assessment, capital cost estimation, upgrading and synthesis gas/hydrogen conversion, as well as pilot plant design, construction and operation. In addition to process development, Randy has a decade of experience in plant engineering.

Erica E

Erica is a Senior Research Engineer with the Process Development Group in SRC's Energy division. She has experience in process design and simulation, bench top reactor operation (batch and continuous), technology assessment and validation, experimental design and project management.

Erin T-A

Erin is the Associate Vice-President, Nuclear Stakeholder Management at SRC, where she leads the team responsible for engagement and relationship building related to microreactors. Erin has worked at SRC for 16 years and has broad business experience having worked in engagement, communications/marketing, economic impact assessment and corporate social responsibility.

Ryan J

Ryan manages SRC's Energy and Process Solutions team. He received a B.Sc. in Engineering Physics and an M.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan in Electrical Engineering with a focus on microgrid reliability. He is a Professional Engineer with Permission to Consult in the area of smart grids. Ryan has experience in project management, as well as technical expertise in renewable energy systems, energy storage, remote monitoring systems, programming, smart grids and microgrids, electric vehicles, and district heating systems.
