SRC is not liable for any errors or omissions in the Information, and will not under any circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Information, even if advised of the possibility of such loss, injury, or damage.
7) No obligation to update; availability
SRC may update, revise, correct, remove, suspend, or discontinue access to any Information at any time, without notice.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada. Legal proceedings related to these Terms of Use may only be brought in the courts of Saskatchewan or the Federal Court of Canada.
10) Definitions

- “Personal Information” means personal information as defined under applicable privacy legislation, including The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Saskatchewan), as amended from time to time.

SRC may change these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on this website. The updated Terms of Use will apply to any access to, download of, or use of the Information after the date the updated Terms of Use are posted.
