In addition to his appointment to SRC’s Board of Directors, Dick Carter also serves on the Saskatchewan Government Insurance Board of Directors where he is Chair, Audit, Finance and Conduct Review Committee and is a member of the Risk Committee. Prior to his retirement, Dick was CEO of Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan and was a partner with KPMG LLP. He has his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant. He also has his Chartered Director’s designation from McMaster University.
Dick previously served as Board Chair of both the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region. He has previously served as a Board member of VersaBank (London, ON), Canada West Foundation (Calgary), the Royal Winnipeg Ballet (Winnipeg) and Caritas Health Group (Edmonton).
