If big smiles follow a race, you know it was for a good cause. On September 22, 2012, over 30 SRC employees laced up their most comfortable sneakers and ran or walked in the 2012 Miles for Smiles event in support of the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan.

The race took place under the changing leaves and rising sun along the Meewasin Trail. SRC employees crossed the finish line wearing blue race bands, showing an incredible amount of team spirit and enthusiasm at this event.

The Miles for Smiles run/walk is one of SRC’s many Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for 2012-13. SRC is dedicated to being a socially responsible organization and encourages employee participation in community initiatives year-round.
