Ralph Jonasson has been a Senior Research Scientist with SRC for almost a decade, studying the enhanced recovery of heavy oil and bitumen from carbonate and clastic reservoirs. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in double-honors Chemistry and Geology from McMaster University and a PhD from the University of Western Ontario in Inorganic Chemistry. He worked previously at the Alberta Research Council in Edmonton, Alberta and at Vulcan Chemicals in Columbus, Georgia. He is a member of AAAS, ACS, CHOA and SPE.
