It’s been a big week for SRC! We were once again recognized as a Best Employer from two separate award organizations.
The third times a charm as SRC is a proud recipient of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers list for the third year in a row. This special designation, organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers project, recognizes the Saskatchewan companies who offer their employees the best places to work and lead their industries with best practices in attracting and retaining employees. SRC was also named to the 2018 List of Best Workplaces for Inclusion after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® (GPTW), a global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. The 25 Best Workplaces for Inclusion list is based on direct feedback from employees (who anonymously answer questions on transparency, collaboration, benefits, professional development and work-life balance) from the hundreds of organizations surveyed by GPTW.
