Helping Employees Achieve Work-Life Balance

January 17, 2016

SRC is a proud recipient of this year’s WorldatWork Work-Life 2016 Seal of Distinction for demonstrating leadership in strategies that help our employees achieve work-life balance.

SRC is among an exclusive group of international organizations that were recognized as employers of choice for their innovative programs and outstanding work-life initiatives that enrich the lives of their employees. Dell Inc., Mastercard, Marriott International, MIT, Walgreens and Yale University also received the 2016 Seal of Distinction.

SRC is both the first Canadian RTO and the first Saskatchewan head-quartered company to have earned the Seal of Distinction since the initiative began in 2012. We are also one of only three Canadian head-quartered companies on the list this year.

From brainstorming new ideas to delivering innovative programs, SRC continues to work hard at creating a culture that supports our employees at work and at home. A big thank you to those same employees for embracing this culture.
