SRC’s Minerals Business Unit provides expert support to the geo-scientific community with a wide range of world-class services and expertise backed by an infrastructure of the latest equipment and a team of highly skilled staff. The Minerals Unit works closely with SRC’s Geoanalytical Laboratories, which is known worldwide for its high quality services.
 
In 2010, Minerals expanded its capabilities with the addition of SRC's Advanced Microanalysis Centre™, which offers services using state-of-the-art technologies with a wide variety of analytical tools. Mineral processing services are being established to further support the mining sector by developing new technologies for more efficient commodity extraction. These new capabilities make SRC a single source for mining companies with multiple service needs.
