BioManufacturing Facility

SRC’s BioManufacturing Facility accelerates the development and commercialization of bioproducts with a broad portfolio of product development and contract manufacturing services. Our Biosafety Level 2 fermentation suite is Canada’s only contract manufacturing facility with a Canadian Food Inspection Agency Establishment License to produce veterinary biologics at commercial scale.

We operate as a product development centre, providing contract RD&D, process development, process, optimization, scale-up, regulatory support and commercial manufacturing services. Areas of expertise include veterinary and human biologics, and industrial microbial products.
